Another day at 168. Feeling good but have not been doing as much exercising as I would like. I just have not had any energy or motivation. Need to address that sooner rather than later. Had a great dinner last night sauteed broccoli, onion/pepper/ginger/garlic/zucchini hash, baked chicken, and salad. Delicious and primal.
