I came to bootcamp, and no one was there. Angel came shortly after, but I got to thinking, she must need a break. I hate that, but I know the feeling. Everyone has to recharge their batteries sometime.
I did really well today. I am back into taking my supplements, which I think make a huge difference in my energy level. They don't make me crazy, but I don't go around looking like I'm going to drop somewhere. I thought at first that it would be such a hassle to remember to take so many pills, but I wake up and it's automatic for me.
"Look at your sides. They're going away." Straight from the big boss herself, who makes sure I carry those hateful weighted balls up and down when I warm up. Even when I'm doing lunges, I have to take at least a four-pound ball and raise it as I lunge. There's the drawback to losing weight: to Angel, it means I just have to do MORE. She'll tell me how I'm really doing well, and before my head starts inflating to gynormous proportions, she will toss me a ball to carry. All the while she shouts an occasional "I SAW THAT, JOANNE! YOU'RE CHEATING! THAT ONE DOESN'T COUNT!"
Oh no. What will I do without her pushing me? I will be very lost when Angel takes her week off. We're not even having Saturday bootcamp for two weeks! :( No bueno.
