Sarapan pagi DAY 2 proses diet stlh kmrn gagal krn mkn siomay dan pisang epe tp bkn jd alasan ut stop diet 😁. Ut sarapan td jam 11 hbisnya cmn sekitar 1/2 porsi dri yg ada di foto sisanya ut cemilan sebentar sore 😁.
