Kind of blah day. Need to be careful not to get sucked into my crazy thoughts about food. Went overboard today with sugar free jello and whipped topping b/c someone told me I could have it.. So excited, but I still need to remember portion control. Feel awful now..Baby is feeling better, thank God. Now to try to catch up on rest. Note to self: began March 29, 2010 @ 257, today 235
