Hello all my wonderful friends. I went to the gym last night, but had to stop short on my class due to feeling kinda weird. I did the bike and walked on the treadmill and felt completely fine...didn't push it too much. 15 minutes into the step class I started feeling very over-heated...my hubby thinks I'm dehydrated but I've been drinking a lot of water throughout the day. I don't get it...it did the same thing on Monday. Don't really know what's up with that. Tonight I have a total body class that I'm going to. I should be ok doing that. This weekend, I plan on doing my Tae Bo video as well as doing weights. Y'all won't hear from me till Monday, so Happy Easter!!!!
