It is not even 14:00 and I screwed my diet big time for today ...
Not only I did I eat some pastry in the morning, not only did I eat a piece of chocolate afterwards, I also gave up my lunch (fish and salad) and had chicken strips ....
For my defence, if there can be any, I have a sore throat and that always causes me to overeat ...
I will forgo my snack for today and have my lunch as snack and dinner.
I will not go over my calorie intake for today, but my carb intake has gone through the roof ...
damn!!!

Was there a reason you started eating everything today? Were you upset about something? Bored with your food? Over hungry because you skipped a meal? Try to figure out why you started to eat the wrong things so you can prevent it from happening in the future then just move on and work on doing better tomorrow.
