Good morning to all my friends!! I wasn't able to go to the gym last night due to errands and my voice lesson. I will definitely be there tonight...it looks like it could be another 2 hour session. I don't think I'll push as hard as I did on Monday. I don't want to black out or anything. I just need to build my cardio back up. Things that used to be so easy for me is a little harder...I can tell my core is not as strong as it was. I have been using my weights at home. I have a bunch of workout videos too that I want to start doing at home. That way, if I can't get to the gym, I can still get in a good workout. The diet is going very well...I haven't even had the desire to cheat...thank goodness!! :)

Way to go!!! I, too, need to build myself back up. Seems like if you slip in the smallest way... it takes a lot of "practice" to get back the strength you had!
