Good morning fellow dieters!! Just a tip for everyone...if you have a gym nearby that has Zumba, do the class...it's a blast!! You don't feel like you're working out b/c you're dancing. Ok, don't freak out if you're not a good dancer. I'm not that great, but it's fun and it mixes up your workout a little bit. I go to the boxing gym tonight to kick my butt once again. I'm trying to incorporate 2 workouts some days, so I'm usually very tired by the weekend. I still try to go to the gym on the weekends, but I do a lighter workout. I also try to do some yoga as well. You feel so good after yoga...you feel like a noodle when it's all over with and you can stretch further than you did before the class...I highly recommend it. Have a great day everybody!!
