Hey guys I’ve decided to do two things:
1. Have a water fast every Sunday 2. Adopt a Meatless Monday routine
I know a lot of people have done water fasts on this app, and it worked for them. Can anyone give me any information on that and share their results with me? I would be so appreciative☺️
