Hey guys I’ve decided to do two things:

1. Have a water fast every Sunday
2. Adopt a Meatless Monday routine

I know a lot of people have done water fasts on this app, and it worked for them. Can anyone give me any information on that and share their results with me? I would be so appreciative☺️

I have done one 48 hour fast earlier in the year, but don't know how much I have lost. didn't have a scale then. I fast min 16 hours a day and if I don't replace electrolytes I get big headaches.
