Klo aku yg 18:6 jd buka jendela makan dr jam 11 siang - 4 sore aja msh makan apa aja bebas nasi padang pun msh sering makan tp aku olahraga pagi dan sore

Pagi : skipping + abs workout ( klo weekend renang ) Siang : plank 30 second + squat 20x ( krn jm break kerja jd ga mau byk keringetan) Sore : abs workout + plank 20 second Tp aku blm berhasil jg badan kebentukā€ gitu cuma bb aja yg turun
