Had another good day yesterday - I’m now just .5 pounds up from last Thursday - tomorrow is my official weigh in - hoping to break even but am content with where I am at this week- the one takeaway I have from my trip is although I had a good time not worrying about what I ate, I can see how just a few days can totally take you off track and if you let it spiral it will just get worse. No plan for any upcoming trips so just looking to build momentum from the last two days. Biggest change I am happy about is I have lowered my daily sugar intake - I’m borderline Type 2 diabetic so I know lowering sugar intake and limiting carbs will help me beyond weight loss.
