I am restarting this journey. I turn 50 in about 9 months and I am DETERMINED to be healthier and lighter before my 50th birthday. I am starting as of today. Each goal will be a celebratory moment for me as this is really a very long time coming. I have not been at a healthy weight for almost 20 years. Eating healthier will have to become a real focus for me as exercising has always been easier than eating right.

I CAN do all things through Christ who strengthen me.
