The difference between me and Mr. Livingston is half a pound, with me in the lead for the first time. Yesterday during the workout, Angel yelled while I struggled to do push-ups: "What's THAT MAN doing???" I yelled back, "EATING!!!" LOL It upsets me that while I am working out every day of the week, Mr. Livingston is probably lounging at home, just waiting to win. Why do I have to work so hard while he just takes longer walks with his dog?
Angel is no better to me this week. She told us to get weighted balls if we wanted to, and when she saw me standing around, she told me to get one. I said, "But I don't WANT one."
"DON'T MESS WITH MEEE!!!!" Aw, geez. I had to walk over to get the stupid 8-pound ball and only when a camper came in without any weights could I hand that ball over. I also managed to "lend" my eight-pound weights to another camper and just had to deal with my 15-pound bar, 5 pound handweights, and Angel on my back. Was it easier? Not really, but I survived another torturous Wednesday with weights.
At the end, she quietly gave me a bottle of Catalyst. I smiled really big and said, "Thank you, Angel!" Her reply: "Hmph. You've gone from NO SMILE to FAKE SMILE." Everyone cracked up. That hurt me a lot -- well, it almost hurt, like when I try to do switch squats with the weighted bar on my back LOL. But how dare she.
