Today was my poppa's bday. Took him out to Doggy Diner, and ate a chili dog w cheese fries. Then to Dairy Delight, got a small cone with nuts, fatty as hell.
I know...and I'll pay for it tomorrow, which is fine. I went way over my RDI today and it was mostly with junk food. I am not happy about this, but I am also not going to beat myself up. Had the potential to blow it completely by drinking beer and eating more fatty food later in the night, but I was a good girl, so I am proud of that. I'm going to do better today and treat myself to some tennis and something fun, a bike ride, going to a forest preserve w my bear or something else. Plan on making either fish tacos or veggie burgers for dinner.
