one thing i was a bit concerned and quite depressed over is that the docs office scale weighs me 20lbs more then my home scale..of course my appt wasnt till 4p and i had already eaten twice and drank lotsa fluids and also premenstral and wearing clothes..but none the less 2olbs is alot and im really disappointed...so like i said gonna go back to atkins way of living prolly after this menstral cycle which will be around the 1st of june...and then will have me a digital scale by then and start fresh...cuz now..in my mind this all has been false info...and i been fooling myself..:( but not gonna fret and tear up..just gonna grab the bull by the horns..and get it together best i can...if push comes to shove and i cant afford the digital scale right away..i will just follow atkins and keep posting my foods and things and just weigh in at the docs whenever i am there ...and, not worry about weighing in while im home....has anyone ever experienced such nonsense? or is it just me......grrrrrrrrrrrrr... eeek..zoiks and all that good shit...talk to me...peace dar...
