after this week..am going back to atkins way of living its gonna be another 8 weeks before i can have the surgery done so immma go back to low carb and excercise when i can...lotsa fluids and see if i can get back on the weight loss train instead of just maintaning by counting cals...will start this monday next..peace and love dar...^_^
