This morning i went to the doctor. It was very scary for me because I have not gone for years. The doctor was very nice and patient and prescribed blood pressure medication and told me to continue my exercise and calorie intake for each day. I feel encouraged because I am on track to being healthy and addressing any issues I have not been previously aware of.
