Well, good morning all!! Even though I did not lose any weight, I do believe I have lost more inches. I tried on a dress that I have been aspiring to wear for my anniversary (Sept. 6) and it actually is looser on me than when I originally bought it which was about 8 years ago!! It made me feel really good. I have to admit, even though I told myself that not losing anything was not necessarily a bad thing, I still got frustrated with myself...trying on that dress made me feel so much better!! I hope you all are doing great on your "diets." I put quotes b/c this is supposed to be a change of life for us all!! Remember, "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!" Keep up the great work!!

what is a daily menu look like for you?What kind of exercise to you do??

I eat 6 oz. of fat-free strawberry yogurt and an apple. My second meal is going to be 1 cup of mixed fruit, third meal will be 1/2 cup brown rice with a serving of veggies and my fourth meal will be a veggie burger (without the bun) and 1/2 cup of brown rice. I usually do a zumba class or step aerobics. Tomorrow I go to the boxing gym and do cardio there...it kicks my butt, not a stitch on me is dry.

That is awseome...Its nothing like fitting into a pair of pants/skirt/blouse etc... that was to tight before and know you have extra room.. You are doing great. It's always nice to have a treat like that. it lets you know that you are doing the right thing..
