Loving that taste of Coconut in the unrefined oil. Fav breakfast:

2-3 eggs
1 small tbsp coconut oil
2 cups Spinach or Kale or 1 of each
4-6 tbsp my fresh Salsa
Optional meat for more protein; Smoked Salmon, Bacon, Rotisserie Chicken, etc.
Cook just enough to get those eggs about half cooked then slurp that mixture up with a big spoon! YUM! 😜
