I'm pretty happy with the way things are going on this diet. I hit 251 this morning which is historically my heaviest time of the day. Hoping after I exercise and weigh in this afternoon to break 250. If I do, that will be 20 lbs since 9-1 with an 8 day hiatus around the 10th. Now if I can continue this for another 30 days I should approach 230 by 11-1. Here's hoping.
