I've found the Atkins Shakes help for breakfast, you can only eat so many eggs or eggbeaters. Stay busy, sitting makes you bored and hungry, do things to take you mind off of it, and follow the plan. I quit smoking about 8 years ago for the second time. I quit the first time for about 6 or 7 years then thought I'd have one it wouldn't hurt, and that's all it took, Loved it..........2 years later I went cold turkey again, but you can even have one, kinda like food, if the self control isn't there, don't cheat until you know you can handle it, because the fall isn't worth the little moment of pleasure.
