Under 170 for three days in a row, so I guess it's gonna stick. Can't seem to get up in the mornings to get to the gym after being away for two weeks. I gotta get it together again

Congrats on the weight buddy....the gym will only help to increase the effects! Make time for it! Trust me in 2 weeks it will feel like you are missing something if you don't make it there!

I know I just got off my sleeping habits when I had to go to NJ for two weeks. I am going in the morning if it kills me
