Hari ke-10 nimbang pas bangun tidur. turunnya terlalu banyak sepertinya. makan sesuai BMR+100 (kadang lebih sih) HIIT 10 menit. makan 1500kal itu banyak sekali, kecuali makan kue & biskuit ya 😂
