Hello everyone,

I'm new to the site, but not new to dieting. I offically want to make my life change. I've always been able to loose some weight, but couldn't keep it off because I lose control of portions. I also hate to excersise and really need to find something just simple. I want to do the FatSmash Diet because I feel confident that it could work. Does anyone have any suggestions and key pointers.

We hope you brought the low cal casserole! Welcome to the club! I am in love with the Fat Smash Diet and I think that it is one of the easiest diets that there is...especially with the summer fruits and vegetables being so cheap right now and easy to get! I would recommend some sort of exercise, even if it is walking or something aerobic. Portion control, of course. There is no magic and we all know that...welcome and hang in there...this is a cool place to be! Thomasb

Welcome....ThomasB is right, this is very easy to follow and as long as you have your mind set to your goal you will accomplish it! Keep your chin up in the tough times and remember that we are all here and all know EXACTLY what you are going though! Defiantly make sure you do some sort of exercise...walking when you can or taking the stairs instead of the elevator or what ever! Best of luck, you will do great!

Welcome, remember to keep a positive attitude and have fun trying different foods. I hated exercising too. I found that by getting together with others really helped. I now do it 6-7 days a week and never thought I would be like this. Lifting weights is what I enjoy the most. Even if you would just take a walk in the evenings or take just 15 minutes and do a few different exercises you will start to feel good. We are here if you need us, and if you have any questions, just ask, someone will answer you..
