I buy the zucchini spirals frozen, cook it in the frying pan with salt and pepper. The ground beef is cooked separately with tomatoes and then added in.

Toolman52 the recipe may be complicated. I first boil the ground beef with Badia Complete All Seasoning. After 30 min, transfer into pot with tomatoe sauce, 2 cloves of garlic, 2 slices of green pepper and 1/4 of an onion. I add in a beef bouillon cube, Goya seasoning and white white. Let it simmer and it’ll be done within 20 min give or take.
