Can you use the EAS protein shakes that are already prepared? They have 42 grams of protein in each shake, which is good, but I'm not sure if you can drink these while on the Fat Flush Plan.....:) Thanks!

Those are not good for you... I believe it was sugar, but they are not good at all for the fat flush. I make my protein shakes by mixing the powder into a bottle of water and shaking and then drinking ... bland but good for on the go!
