went a little over this weekend, but not to bad. i did skip dinner last night b/c of a huge belated mothers day lunch. i wasn't really hungry for dinner too, which is different b/c i would usually eat anyway more out of ritual than necessity. will be weighing in tonight and see where we're at. im finding good food takes time to prepare and measuring is also time consuming, but good for me to know when to stop.
