中秋吃太多體脂又上升了!量體重前有跑廁所,所以體重不致於太難看!
早餐:拿鐵(鮮奶250ml)/黑巧克力脆片(106卡)/去籽芭樂1/2顆
午餐:良辰吉時-黑糖珍珠鮮奶茶1杯
晚餐:MLD 悅品無米粥(蔬菜、菇類、土雞肉4-5塊、龍膽石斑、腐乳高麗菜、絲瓜烘蛋)
