Today is my 4th day of trying to eat low carb and stay in Point Range - so far so good. Not missing my baked chips yet! I walked 4 miles with my sister this week - and we'll walk 2 more on Friday night and 2 on Saturday morning. I don't do too great with the water drinking!! I guess I drink around 32 oz. a day - when the weather gets warmer and I'm hot - I'll do better!

That's funny that you put "ALMOST FRIDAY" on your journal--I live for the weekends too...but at the same time, I dread all the temptations on the weekend! It is so much easier for me to follow my plan through the week when I'm at work, because I can only eat what I bring with me. I hope I don't fall off the wagon, ha ha!!! Have a great day!
