Down another pound, so it's a great start to the week. Yesterday, I was trying on some old clothes and was happy with what I could fit into. Then looked into the mirror and instead of seeing my success, I saw how much more I have to lose. It was not a great day for a while. Why do we see the negative in things instead of the positive. This time, I did not go eat something to feel better, so I now know that I can make the right choices and not use food for a crutch. I have been challenged in the last few weeks, but I have made up my mind to do this no matter what. I am eating healthy, enjoying my food, not starving, feeling better and starting to look better so I will keep going. Thanks to all the support from the people at this site. Have a great week!!
