Today was a low weight for me. I was so excited to get ready to break 200 lbs. But in stead, I’ve yo-yo up and down between 201-203. Discouraging, but trying to lift myself up and do it again. This has been going on for two weeks. My dietitian told me to increase my steps, but I can’t seem to do it. I’m going to keep trying. Feeling Discouraged
