So I’ve been trying to break 200 for a few days now and seems the harder I try the more weight I gained. I went down to 200.4 now each day I’ve gotta yo-yo and today’s at was up to 202. I’m going to keep logging. My fault, my daughter has a bday coming up wants a very lemony cake . Friend sent me a recipe. Should have known better when I saw nuts n raisins in the recipe. It wasn’t tart. So I added zest and lemon juice sugar to make a lemony glaze. So dense, yet I still ate a piece. I love to bake and need to bake other things besides ale. I’m looking to possibly use an angel food cake and make it lemony. Anyone every tried that? Hoping it would work and come out light and lemony! I’m just so frustrated with the weight loss. But I will prevail!!!
