Wow. 3 lbs in 2 weeks. I know that sounds like not a lot, but its alot to me and I am super proud of it. I will take those 3 lbs any way that they come because it puts me 3 lbs closer to my goal weight. Pretty flipping cool if you ask me. One thing I learned over this last two weeks is that it's ok if things go wrong with your meal plan. It's not the end of the world when you fall, just pick yourself up, dust yourself off and keep on going.
I have begun to be the "lil chef" for a group of women in my Nursing class too. They loved the way my healthy lunches were looking everyday that they asked me to cook for them too and I now get paid for it too!! Nothing is for free in this world unfortunately. lol
