ok starting monday morning going to go back to being sure to eat lotsa salads and veggies and one good meal a day (something solid, meat..beef, pork, chicken, whatever) gonna get rid of breads and rice and pastas again...pizza too...and concentrate on lighter healthier meals...and lotsa water...god give me strength ^_^ hope all are having a nice weekend..hugs dar
