So I went totally off the wagon today. It started when I got up and after my coffee realized I was going to need some assistance with attaining a BM. So I took two tablespoons of Metamucil which is the minimum amount required by my system in order to work. Then I realized that the Metamucil by itself put me over the maximum carbs and net carbs allowed for the day. I attempted through the rest of the day to stay away from carbs but ate a piece of celery only to find out it has 1 carb even after subtracting the fiber. When dinner finally arrived, I just said the hell with it! I'll start over again tomorrow.
