I changed up my cardio and did Zumba for the first time today. Sweated like a pig...I wanted to test it out before the Zumba Challenge started, just to be sure. It's exhausting even if you can't keep up, which I couldn't. It will get easier with each time, and each pound gone. If only they played hard rock, boy could I move then! A light dinner, then shower, then tv, then bed. A successful day.
