I'd never counted calories before using fat secret. Makes you look at food a whole different way. Why have a pack of M&M's when I could have a slice of Pizza for the same calories. Why have a slice of pizza, when I could have a full chicken breast dinner with all kinds of mixed veggies and sauces for the same calories. It's a no brainer!
