No, Michelle I know I'm not stupid, but it was a stupid thing to do :( Thanks, Heidijoy, I forgot that tomato sauce has a lot of sodium, and then the saltine crackers to go with the chili??? Bad decision.

Sometimes when it's hot, like today, I really crave more salt. I think I've just overdone it, too :) Now trying to down lots of water before bedtime.
