Woke up at midnight and REALLY wanted to eat a bowl of cereal for fun... good thing I was out of milk. I am impressed with the success of my calorie counting + running.
82.8 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 12.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
