For those doing IF with Keto, what do you usually break your fast with? I usually only eat 2 meals a day but interested in incorporating 16:8 and keeping calories below 1500. Is that low enough for weight loss?

Baskington I am currently in ketosis that’s whats confusing for me. The only carbs I get are from veggies (kale, cauliflower, zucchini, and the occasional handful of cherry tomatoes). I’m at 4.0-8.0 mmol/L every morning I’ll start logging my meal religiously and I’m hoping someone can tell me where I’m going wrong. I’ve heard to cut out cheese and I’ve done that except for the occasional sprinkle of cheddar on eggs.

I don't think you were logging your food when I went to look. Your exercise via apple doesn/t say what you do, so that did not help either for me guessing whats up. I don't know how accurate that is. If your exercise is accurate then being 500 calories less you should be losing weight. so that tells me if you are not weighing and measuring everything you put in your mouth and logging it you may not have this food thing accurate. second you need to figure out your macro's.
