Yesterday crazy day - ate 1 of the pizza peppers yesterday morning and drank Coke Zero and water through day - busy at work and didn't look at clock til 500 - I was running all day and phone calls - etc - ate at 700 last night - 4 brats dry ,1 long ear corn on cob ice cream 2 scoops , 1 handful m&m , 1 helping cheesy potatoes with hot sauce , try it you'll like it - recumbent bike 1 hour - I pedal and use no resistance but peddle fast - felt stomach burn last night a lot - found out today going to brickyard 400 race - yahoo
I am going to start maintenance very soon and thanks everybody -
