So the rest of the family had jalapeño cheddar biscuit and sausage gravy and brought me one too. I looked up the nutritional info and really thought about it. It was however part responsible for my gaining weight because I love them. So I too about 1/4 of it put in tiny bites and savoring each bite as long as possible. Only had 1/4 of it but really enjoyed the bites and don’t feel like I missed out on anything.
