So I finally hit 145. Well, 145.8 and I realize I have more work to do. I guess I realized that awhile ago. I have no idea how much more I need to lose, just playing it by ear. I am guessing 10 more pounds.

I have had some trouble staying on track, lately. Not really surprising, my husband eats unhealthily and does not exercise. And my grandma is addicted to food. No wonder I was a fat kid. I guess I am just stressed. Living here has never been easy. It is good that we can help her out with the house, she has surgery tomorrow. But she can be so mean. It will be ok, I just need to learn to block it out.

I am hoping that hitting this weight will help me stay motivated. My bathing suit will, hopefully. I just want to be healthy.
