Started couple days ago on FS. Notice that many do a fasting. Would someone be so kind as to say what or how this helps and what does it help with. Not being critical just curious. Thanks

many post here and talk about it. fasting is a vast subject and plenty of ways to research it. there are a lot doing IF fasting in various windows, basically they only eat in a short window of time. Helps to control appetite and calories is the short version of why.
