ok so didn't get to exercise today... but my body it kind of tired so im glad i didn't have to. stayed withing my pts range though.. but im terrified for tomorrow.. going out with friends which will most likely include dinner at a restraunt that i cant find the pts values on... maybe ill just get a soup, salad, or something like baked chicken if they have it.. usually when i try to "diet" i do good until i go out to eat.. i feel bad about what i ate and fall off the wagon.. im really going to try not to this time.. ill find out tomorrow.

I have found that when the server takes my order I tell the server to bring me a carry home box. When the food comes I place half of it into the box and eat the rest. If you know where you are going, most restaurant chains have the food value posted on their web page. You can use your calculator before you go to find the meals that will allow you to stay in your points range.
