I find when I eat a big dinner out I’m full for half of the next day so I don’t eat much and it seems to balance out. Tomorrow is a new day!

I had an extra super cheat meal on Saturday. Steak sandwich, fries, bacon wrapped scallops and a couple of mozzarella sticks. Shit happens. I got right back on the wagon on Sunday and chalked it up as a cheat meal. The main thing is to get back up and get back at it. You got this!
