If You pie Chart looks equal, don't eliminate. If it doesn't, add quality. Late night snacking is a myth. This is fact, they said this to restrict people from overeating. In reality, If you go to sleep on an empty stomach, and that's when your body releases GH, and repairs. Where are the nutrients going to come from? Answer...Muscle! You will then tell your body that it is starving and it will adapt by slowing down your metabolism to account for this fast. When you sleep, you are "fasting". If you have a bagel. The butter is fine. It will slow the digestion of the carbs. Fat Free Entamens is WORSE than the regular because the fat in the regular slows the absorption of the sugars.DO NOT USE MAN MADE BUTTER SUBSTITUTES. BUTTER IS A FAT BURNER AS MANY NATRUALLY OCCURING FATS ARE. Ex. Avocados, coconut oil, Flax seed oil, I can go on and on..., but you get my drift. The one rule that I would implement is that if you are going to have carbs and fat before bed, late night, whenever. You need to have protein BEFORE you eat them, as a reward. Protein shakes are your best options. Let me know if this helps and if you have any other questions. Thanks for representing "The Program" - Mike
