I seem to be eating the same foods every day. Have a problem with meat and afraid I am not getting enough protein
77.7 kg Lost so far: 1.3 kg.    Still to go: 5.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I’m allergic to chicken, beef, eggs along with a few others. I’m saying this to let you know that you can get protein in other ways. Quinoa, lentils, almonds, pea protein. I eat about 70-85g of protein as a vegan. Just think outside the box. Good luck
