This is my first journal entry. I am on WW and have been for about 3 weeks now. This week my cousin told me about this site and I have to say it is awesome.
I am combining WW with some things that I have read in a dieting book. Since I started, I have been faithfully excercising using the exercise ball, weights, floor exercises and rebounding on a mini trampoline. Unfortunately, this week I have been feeling so sick, I won't get into the details but I have felt so horrible, it hurt to even walk. Because of this, I have not done any of my excercising for 4 days. I am finally starting to feel better so hopefully, I will get back on track with my excercise this weekend.
I wonder if I have been feeling sick because of how much fiber I have been eating. I don't usually eat such a high fiber diet but the fiber brings down the points so the higher the better, maybe my body just has to adjust to it.
