Day 2 - 15 day challenge - took a couple ice cream bars to the mouth but came came out swinging on the recumbent bike -
The post missed most of the names of people to thank yesterday but I wanted to post 2 day loss now - I want to thank also today but later -
I am one that knows challenges get me going - I have to keep it up daily so not to add on the extra pounds or to accomplish other goals -
Ate 1 steak 12 oz , 2 black angus burger , 1/2 Walmart salad with ranch , 2 ice cream bars , diet soda Coke Zero , plate of broccoli , butter , chicken leg quarter grilled ( I did )- I eat as hungry and through the day -
I spied some green peppers in the kitchen and thinking of stuffed peppers today , probably salad bar also with friends tonight -
